Verallia Portugal, was present at an interview in the special Notebook "Wine & Olive Oil", page 172 to 175, in Marketeer magazine nº233, December 2015.
The new CEO of Verallia Portugal, Rui Padrão, answered the questions from Marketeer Magazine through a transparent interview, accepting new challenges and with a strategy focused on the future.
Rui Padrão said that Verallia Portugal is "factory with a world reference and it should be once again the ability of all believe that excellence is not something unattainable". Verallia Portugal has this important place because the employees were "able to form a strong team available to meet the challenges”.
The new CEO has a focus on actual market and paid attention to all customers and said "follow the growth of a project, participate in its development, promote change through dynamic sharing of knowledge, having a proximity policy, 'Because Together Building the Future', it is not just an advertising slogan or a marketing ability in reality it is something that unites us to our partners, and that makes today many have a real pride in belonging to this great family that is Verallia, in Portugal and in the world”.
About differentiation aspect, Rui Padrão indicates that "nowadays the basis of the sustainability of a partnership is the differentiation and the dynamics associated with it. All benefits makes all the difference and create companies to a different universe where those who survive are not the traditionally strongest, but who can adapt (in time) to the market reality in which they live”. Finally, another important point "all the actions that we develop internally and externally have the main objective: to promote positivism and union that makes us a family we are”.
