The best wine in the world is Portuguese

The Dow's Vintage Port 2011, a client of Verallia Portugal, was named Best Wine in the World for 2014 by Wine Spectator, the benchmark magazine of the wine-producing sector.

This wine, produced by Symington, was recognised for its outstanding quality and its delicious flavours of plums, cherries and blackcurrants. Long on the palate, it was awarded 99 out of 100 points.
The Prats & Symington Douro Chryseia 2011 from the region of Douro, appointed third in the list, is also produced by Symington. This elegant wine is full of the seductive and unique flavours of red plums, raspberries and blackcurrants.
In 4th place is yet another Portuguese wine, and a symbol of originality and seduction: the Quinta de Vale Meão Douro 2011, which is also a client of Verallia Portugal.

Verallia Portugal hopes that the quality of the work and products of its clients will continue to be recognised around the world, and it also hopes to continue to share with them in future victories.
