Herdade das Servas launch Arinto and Touriga Nacional rosé
The 'Herdade das Servas Arinto branco 2018' is made from the most planted white grape variety in Portugal and with a clear appetite for soil. Already received a 'Gold Medal', won in the Portuguese Wine Competition. Originating in the Portuguese flag caste, the 'Herdade das Servas Touriga Nacional rosé 2018' is a clear, salmon-colored wine. In the test the aromas of raspberry, gooseberry and cherry stand out, and floral notes characteristic of the grape variety.
The 'Herdade das Servas Arinto white 2018' is the fruit of the work in the vineyard and in the cellar, that resulted in a clear citrus wine with aromas of green apple, lime, lemon and subtle tropical notes. In the mouth, it is fresh, citric, mineral and full, typical aspects of the caste. The aftertaste is elegant and persistent.
The 'Herdade das Servas Touriga Nacional rosé 2018' is rosé fruity, fresh, mineral and dry, with an elegant and persistent finish, characteristics that give it a longevity of up to ten years. It is recommended to harmonize the 'Herdade das Servas Arinto white 2018' with seafood dishes, fish, salads and white meats and the 'Herdade das Servas Touriga Nacional rosé 2018' with pasta, sushi, pizzas, but also salads.
