Cooperative Winery of Vidigueira, Cuba and Alvito: Winerie’s modernization, along with new wines with bottles from Verallia
The last 6 years of life of the Winery were marked by the efficiency of their processes, by a better use of the human resources and by the innovation created at multiple aspects of the professional and commercial life at the Winery. Their new team, formed at December, plans to continue with a global restructuring process, image and communication planning, as well as a constant innovation in the winery system.
The modernization effort that has been operated at the Winery has given birth to new wines. Along with it, a new sparkling wine, a rosé and three new red wines of single variety (Alicante Bouschet, National Touriga and Syrah), a new fortified wine, and six new white wines of single variety (Vermentino, Viognier, Alvarinho, Arinto, Chardonnay and Verdelho).
This great portfolio came up with the purpose of meeting the crescent demands of consumers, as they are also available for expanding their business.
Acoording to ACVCA team, “The Winery hasn’t stopped feeling the winds of change, for it is adapting to the upcoming challenges. Enotourism has grown strongly on the past year, which may become a complementary positioning of the Winery’s future in what concerns new activities”.
